Rhodri graduated with honours from University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1999 and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff Law School in 2001. He qualified and became a duty solicitor in 2003 after training with the Swansea criminal law firm Goldstones. He has appeared regularly in the Magistrates’ courts across South Wales where he has gained extensive experience in criminal law, represented clients in the youth courts and has become a specialist in road traffic cases.
Rhodri has worked for Howell & Co a specialist fraud panel firm in Birmingham, where he was head of the Magistrates’ Court department. He regularly represented clients at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court and other courts across the West Midlands. He has experience in all areas of financial crime including Very High Cost Cases, carousel/MTIC fraud, money laundering and complex confiscation proceedings. He is familiar with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) and has instructed forensic accountants in both confiscation and cash forfeiture proceedings.
Since 2007 Rhodri had been an associate solicitor with Goldstones solicitors in Swansea, and in 2009 became a Higher Court Advocate. Since then he has appeared regularly in the Crown Court and gained extensive experience representing defendants charged with serious crimes including murder, rape, drug conspiracies and firearm offences.
In July 2010 Rhodri established Chudleigh Solicitors with a view to providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients across South Wales.

Robert graduated in Law from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and completed his Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Chester in 2005. He previously worked at Morgan Cole Solicitors where he gained valuable experience in defended and complex debt recovery cases.
Robert trained and qualified as a Solicitor with a Swansea based firm before he joined Chudleigh Solicitors as a Director in November 2010. Robert has experience in defending clients in all aspects of criminal law and specialises in road traffic law and regulatory offences, such as Health and Safety and Trading Standards prosecutions. Robert is a Duty Solicitor and a fully accredited Police Station Representative. Robert is also a fluent welsh speaker.
Since joining the firm Robert has developed the firm’s Personal Injury practice and maintains the firm’s ethos for providing high quality advice and assistance.
